# Job Responsibilities

1. Source and develop suppliers, build and maintain a database of qualified suppliers.
2. Conduct qualification assessments, on-site audits and capability analysis on potential suppliers to ensure they meet the company’s standards for quality, cost and delivery.
3. Handle inquiry, quotation comparison, price negotiation and business talks to continuously optimize procurement costs.
4. Administer supplier contracts to ensure complete and compliant terms, and maintain contract files in the procurement system.
5. Assist in resolving supply chain abnormalities to secure stable material supply.

# Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, International Trade or Engineering are preferred.
2. Over 3 years of working experience in procurement sourcing or supply chain, with manufacturing industry background preferred.
3. Familiar with procurement procedures, supplier evaluation systems and contract management.
4. Strong skills in business negotiation and cost analysis.
5. Proficient in office software (Excel, PPT, etc.) and ERP procurement modules.
6. Excellent communication, coordination skills and team player spirit.
7. Fluent written and spoken English, capable of handling English contracts and email correspondence.
8. Able to take short business trips.
