We seted up 65 units from 80T to 200T injection machines before end of 2009.Our group total have 500 units injection with total 7000 members to sopport any urgent case for production.
Tooling fabricate at Group SZ and DG factory, each plant have more than 350 peoples and engineers, can make from 50T to 800T tooling 800-1000 sets per year, and tooling favrication lead time from 20 days to 40 days.

Injection shop will be have 80 units from 50T to 480T machines end of 2009 year, and capacity can be produce more than 110 sets tooling at the same requirement time.

Second process have manual spraying 10 booth line  2 unit, capacity can be spraying part size 700*700*500mm and output 5000pcs per day.

Robotic spray line can be spray part size with 650*700*350mm, and with the cycle time from 30sec to 70sec.

Auto spray line can spray 2000pcs part with two color in 30 mins of one cycle.
