Overview:
協(xié)助處理生產(chǎn)過程中的問題，提供現(xiàn)場協(xié)調(diào)與解決方案支持；

Responsibilities:
1.協(xié)助處理生產(chǎn)過程中的基礎(chǔ)工程技術(shù)問題，提供現(xiàn)場協(xié)調(diào)與解決方案支持；
Assist in handling basic engineering technical issues during production, providing on-site coordination and solution support;	35%
2.協(xié)助工程師完成工程技術(shù)文件、報表的編制、更新與歸檔，參與數(shù)據(jù)收集、整理及分析工作；
Assist engineers in compiling, updating, and filing engineering technical documents and reports, and participate in data collection, sorting, and analysis;	30%
3.支持生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場工藝優(yōu)化與效率提升，包括生產(chǎn)線布局調(diào)整、物料配置優(yōu)化、防錯措施落地等；
Support on-site production process optimization and efficiency improvement, including production line layout adjustment, material configuration optimization, and error-proofing measure implementation;	20%
4.熟練運(yùn)用辦公軟件，可借助工具輔助技術(shù)文檔撰寫與數(shù)據(jù)分析；
Proficiency in using office software, and able to use tools to assist in technical document writing and data analysis;	15%

Requirements:
1.工科相關(guān)專業(yè)（機(jī)械工程、電氣工程、化工工程、自動化、測控技術(shù)等優(yōu)先）；
Engineering-related major (Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Automation, Measurement & Control Technology, etc. preferred).
2.責(zé)任心強(qiáng)、做事細(xì)心，對工程類工作有熱情，愿意長期在制造業(yè)發(fā)展；
Strong sense of responsibility, careful in work, passionate about engineering work, and willing to develop in the manufacturing industry for a long time.
3.良好的英語聽說讀寫能力，能適配外企工作環(huán)境；
Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, able to adapt to the working environment of foreign-funded enterprises.
4.具備較強(qiáng)的邏輯思維、學(xué)習(xí)能力、溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力及抗壓能力；
Strong logical thinking, learning ability, communication and coordination skills, and pressure resistance.
