Reports to: Director (based in Hong Kong / San Francisco)

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Place and track orders with factories and trading companies — POs, deposits, lead times, shipping documents. Chase them so I don’t have to.
Attend factory meetings with me, in person and on video. Translate, take notes, and follow up on every commitment made in the room.
Source new suppliers — find them, vet them, request quotes and samples, compare on price, MOQ, lead time and quality. Present me a shortlist with arecommendation, not a spreadsheet dump.
Coordinate logistics — samples, QC checks, freight forwarders, customs paperwork.
Own the supplier database — contacts, pricing history, capability notes, past problems.

WHAT YOU NEED
Mandarin — fluent (native or near-native).
English — working level. You need to read it, speak it, and write it well enough to do business. You do not need to be fluent, and you won’t be judged on youraccent.
1+ years in sourcing, procurement, trading, merchandising, or supply chain in China. Consumer hardware, electronics, jewellery, or watches preferred. Strongfresh graduates in international trade will be considered.
You’ve been inside factories and know how to read a room in one.
Comfortable pushing back on suppliers. This job is 50% politely refusing to accept the first answer.
Willing to travel within China, primarily the Pearl River Delta (Shenzhen, Dongguan, Guangzhou).

NICE TO HAVE
Existing supplier contacts in the watch industry (movements, cases, dials, straps, tooling).
Experience with quality inspections and AQL sampling.
Familiarity with export documentation and international freight.

匯報對象:公司負(fù)責(zé)人(常駐香港/舊金山)

崗位職責(zé)
1、下單與跟單:對接工廠及貿(mào)易商,處理采購訂單,訂金,交期與出貨單據(jù),主動跟進(jìn)到底.
2、陪同參加工廠會議(線下及線上):擔(dān)任翻譯,做會議記錄,并跟進(jìn)會上確認(rèn)的每一項事項.
3、開發(fā)新供應(yīng)商:尋找,審核,詢價,索樣,從價格,起訂量,交期與品質(zhì)多維度比較,并給出帶建議的短名單,而不是張表格。
4、協(xié)調(diào)物流:樣品,驗貨,貨代,報關(guān)單據(jù)。
5、維護(hù)供應(yīng)商數(shù)據(jù)庫:聯(lián)系人,歷史報價,產(chǎn)能與工藝能力,過往問題記錄.

任職要求
1、中文(普通話)流利,母語或接近母語水平.
2、英語達(dá)到工作溝通水平:能讀,能說,能寫,足以處理日常業(yè)務(wù)往來即可,無需完全流利,不看口音。
3、1年以上中國境內(nèi)采購/貿(mào)易/跟單/供應(yīng)鏈經(jīng)驗,有消費(fèi)電子,五金,飾品或鐘表行業(yè)背景者優(yōu)先;
4、國際貿(mào)易相關(guān)專業(yè)的優(yōu)秀應(yīng)屆慮.有實際進(jìn)廠經(jīng)驗,懂得如何與工廠打交道.
5、敢于與供應(yīng)商據(jù)理力爭--這份工作有一半是禮貌地拒絕對方給出的第一個答案.
6、可在中國境內(nèi)出差,主要區(qū)域為珠三角(深圳,東莞,廣州).

底薪￥5,500-7,000/月,視經(jīng)驗而定,另有13薪與成本節(jié)約及供應(yīng)商品質(zhì)掛鉤的績效獎金差旅費(fèi)用全額報銷
