We,specializing in Plastics Molding & Injection for various Automotive and
Consumer products, are now seeking for candidate with solid experience to take up
the role as Project Management,station at Dongguan factory.
Role Introduction
This role is part of Marketing team, dedicated to delivering impactful and efficient
project execution that supports the achievement of business goals across the
organization. 
As the Project Executive, you will be responsible for providing professional project
management support across Engineering, Production Material Control, Purchasing, 
PIE, Operations, and Logistics initiatives, ensuring smooth delivery and alignment
with strategic objectives. 
You will play a key role in driving project success through effective planning, and
timely execution. You will be empowered to grow within a structured and promising
career development path, contributing to the continuous improvement of project
management.
Responsibilities：
1.Work with both internal and external resources to design,build Operation platform & services, implement them to production on time, within budget and
with good quality.
2.Cross-teams and cross-department collaboration to drive technology innovation to achieve strategic plan and business objectives.
3.Collaborate with Project Manager to implement project management practice across all projects.
4.Adopt best practices,processes and methodologies of project management and ensure compliance.
5.Collaborate with Quality Control team to define the quality assurance test plans that  meet the Customer practices and standards.
6.Communicate and escalate risks,issues clearly,concisely and to support management with the preparation of action plans Monitor materials planning,
inventory control,shipping and warehouse.
7.In charge of the New Project quote,cost reduction with Purchasing,Engineering and PIE team.
8.Examine customs and financial data,manage budgets and forecast.
9.Work close with overseas customers and Sales agent.

Requirements：
1.Bachelor's degree,preferably in Sales & Business Management / Industrial Engineering.
2.Minimum 3 years of solid experience in Project Management / Coordination role.
3.Strong Project Management, planning, analytical skills.
4.Strong Teamwork, Excellent interpersonal, communication skills.
5.Fluent written and spoken in English and Chinese (Mandarin).
6.Proficient in MS Office.
7.Station in Dongguan (5 days per week)
